Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please carefully review the Iconsult121 Cancellation and Refund Policy:

By utilizing services through this mobile app, you enter into a direct and legally binding contract with Iconsult121. By doing so, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept responsibility for all payments made on your behalf. You also declare that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

We will not be obligated to provide services in the following cases:

  1. Information: You agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We are not responsible for any liabilities arising from false information or documents you provide. If any of the information is incorrect, we will contact you via email, phone call, or text to obtain the correct information. It is your responsibility to respond promptly. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your app usage.
  2. Cancellations and Refund: You understand that any amount spent to contact a consultant is non-refundable. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the policies outlined here.

Payment Refund: Customers cannot seek a refund after using Iconsult121 consultation services. If a customer has interacted with a consultant, they are not entitled to a payment refund of any kind.

Customers cannot seek a payment refund if the call is not directly answered by the consultant themselves. Iconsult121 is not liable if the consultant does not answer the call during their scheduled availability.

In exceptional cases, if the customer is unable to connect with the consultant due to technical reasons at Iconsult121, and this is confirmed by the Iconsult121 team, the customer will not be charged for the call. Refunds will be initiated promptly, and every effort will be made to process them within 7 – 10 days of the issue being raised by the customer.

A nominal charge of 10% is applied to all refund and withdrawal amounts. Iconsult121 reserves the right to change these charges at its discretion.

You acknowledge that Iconsult121’s role is limited to providing the platform, and it does not assume responsibilities for compliance with laws, contractual terms, information, background checks, etc., provided by consultants. At no point will Iconsult121 have liability or responsibility to you or anyone else.

You also understand and acknowledge that Iconsult121 does not edit, modify, filter, screen, monitor, endorse, or guarantee member content or the content of communications between customers/members and consultants.

You agree not to hold Iconsult121 liable for any losses incurred while using its services. You understand that the services and information on Iconsult121 are provided by consultants or service providers, and Iconsult121 does not control them.

In case of any loss, damages, harm, accidents, etc., due to your use of the Iconsult121 platform, you agree not to seek damages from Iconsult121. Iconsult121 bears no liability in such cases.

If you provide incorrect information or attempt to take advantage of the Iconsult121 platform, appropriate action will be taken against you, including legal action and deductions from your next transaction.

Your continued use of this service indicates your agreement with the terms outlined in this policy statement.
